High bay and low bay lights - designed for low-temperature environments with remote driver installation and sensors suitable to -40°C/-35°C
Industrial freezers and cold stores need lighting that ensures safety while reducing energy use and operating costs. The IP65-rated Drummond Series Freezer Light is built for this purpose, operating in temperatures as low as -40°C (or -35°C for the sensor version).
A remote gear pack is supplied as standard. Housing the driver and emergency accessories, it is installed above the freezer to minimise heat generation within the chilled environment and simplify maintenance. An optional 3-hour maintained emergency function (remote or self-test) can be integrated into the remote driver.
An optional programmable microwave sensor dims or switches off the light during inactivity, offering potential energy savings of over 90%.
Precision optics deliver targeted illumination for open areas and pallet racking, with options for low to high mounting heights.

The Drummond Series Freezer light includes the following features:
IP65-rated: The luminaire has ≥IP65 ingress protection for durability in harsh, cold environments.
Operates in temperatures down to -40°C (or -35°C with sensor): suitable for the majority of industrial freezers and cold stores.
Remote gear pack supplied as standard: for above-freezer installation. This reduces heat generation within the cold store and simplifies access for maintenance.
Optional 3-hour maintained emergency lighting: Remote-test or self-test versions available.
Optional programmable microwave sensor: Enables dimming or switch-off during inactivity and supports energy savings of over 90%.
